Paul has lived and worked in Asia for over 20 years. His expertise covers Master planning, Front End Design, Construction Documentation & Contract Administration, Design Management and Construction Management. Areas of specialist design expertise are R&D Centers, Laboratories, Healthcare Facilities, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Hotels, Commercial and also Residential Projects. Paul has project experience from Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and China.
In Paul’s career he has lead the design of projects for Underwriters Laboratories, Caterpillar, PetroChina, Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical, AstraZeneca, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, TSK&F, Novartis, and CapitaLand.

Zhu Feng has almost 20 years of design and project management experience, including time living and working in the USA .
Zhu Feng has extensive international experience, both as a design engineer and as a project manager of large, complex projects with demanding end user environment, budget, schedule and operational constraints.
His experience extends from the Design and Documentation to the Project Management of facilities for Microelectronics, Laboratories, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial and Food Industry Production.
