The most common reviews are Design Quality Reviews, Value Engineering Reviews, Construction Document Reviews, Tender Evaluation, Shop Drawing Reviews, Site Quality Inspection Reports, and Final Defects Punchlists. We also assist clients in managing their Local Design Institute and specialist Design Supply and Install vendors. If requested we propose alternative site plans, facility designs, construction details and project implementation methods that are suited to the local construction and regulatory context.
